CEO Search
Junior Achievement of the Triad heads back to the CLASSROOM & launches CEO search!
(Greensboro, NC) October 26, 2022 – Junior Achievement of the Triad is thrilled to announce that we are back in classrooms starting today! Based on the constraints that the pandemic imposed on schools and the community Junior Achievement provided our quality programming virtually. As we return to our traditional model, in-person programming led by business and community volunteers in the classroom, we can serve more students and offer a wider range of programs in the six local school districts we serve in the Piedmont Triad. Our commitment to financial literacy, work readiness and entrepreneurship will now be taught in classrooms all over the Triad.
In keeping with our commitment to building our capacity to serve the Triad, the Board of Directors for JA is also pleased to announce that we have retained Capital Development Services to lead a comprehensive search for our next President & CEO. CapDev is in Winston-Salem and has been a trusted advisor for philanthropy and executive search since 1984. The ideal candidate for this position is a passionate advocate for the mission of JA, and a strategic leader with the ability to grow programs and manage budgets. Jim Donnelly, longtime volunteer, and former Board Chair/Member with JA is serving as Interim Director during this transition period. For more information about the CEO position please contact CapDev, Executive Recruiting searchservices@capdev.com or Jim Donnelly at jim@triadja.org.
