Grace Thompson Announced as New President & CEO

(Greensboro) January 30, 2023 - The Board of Directors of Junior Achievement of the Triad (Greensboro, NC) is pleased to announce that Grace Thompson has been named President & CEO, effective February 1, 2023.

Grace comes to Junior Achievement from the Boys and Girls Club of Greensboro, where she has most recently served as Executive Director. During her tenure of more than 11 years, Grace demonstrated her commitment to develop and support community youth. Grace brings a strategic approach to creating partnerships and has developed a reputation as a community collaborator. She is excited to join Junior Achievement of the Triad and embraces its mission to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy. “We are thrilled to have Grace join our chapter at this important time,” said Steve Swetoha, Board Chair. “Her leadership will enable us to leverage this period of getting back into classrooms and grow our impact in the region.”
